Next, I will introduce you to the high-end <ink printing machine, which is also the mainstream printing machine in the carton machine≈ry industry. In recent years, with the vigorous development of the  packaging and printing industry and the continuous improvement of labor costs, low-speed," semi-automatic and labor-intensive machines have gradually been¶ replaced by high-speed, efficient and fully automatic machines. Inγ high-end ink printing machines, more configurations and functions have bee∞n developed to meet various carton packaging industries.

The high-end ink printing machine has more complete functions and higher coγnfiguration than the mid-range ink printing machine. It is also equΩipped with a printing department, a slotting department and a di↓e-cutting department to help reduce the next process of production and improve the carton product≤ion efficiency. Compared with medium and low-grade printing machines, high-grade ink prin∞ting machines can be divided into two types: up-printing and down-printing. Compared₽ with up-printing, the down-printing structure adopts the whole-process adso®rption-feeding structure, which has lower hardness and compressive strength for paperboard an↔d can greatly save the cost of paperboard.

The leading edge feeding is adopted in the paper feeding section, which caγn further improve the production efficiency and paper feeding accuracy, and al​so avoid the damage of the paper clamping wheel to the corrugated board;

In addition to equipped with a brush and a strong air suction an$d dust removal device, it is also equipped with electrostatic dust re'moval to ensure that the cardboard surface is free of dust and protect the printing r©oller;

The printing department is equipped with metal aniloπx roller (optional ceramic anilox roller), and adopts rλubber roller scraping device or scraper scraping system to make the inkin∞g more uniform and the printing effect is excellent;

The slotting part is equipped with single shaft and double knives, and the slotting tool Ωbase is moved by the screw rod and linear guide rail, which makes the slotting to ←the left more flexible and accurate;

The paperboard is transported by vacuum adsorption, and the wind force can ♦be adjusted to protect the paperboard;

The whole machine adopts computer control and motor control (or servo motor contrεol), and has remote diagnosis function, which makes maintenance♣ more intelligent and convenient.

The configuration of the high-grade ink printing machine can ensure that ↓the printing chromatic accuracy is within ± 0.5-0.25cmε, the paper feeding accuracy is within ± 1cm, and the slotting accuracy is within ± ‌1cm.
