Take six steps to maintain the mechanical equipment of the carton

1. Replace the lubricating oil in the worm gear reduce&r of the carton mechanical equipment. The lubricating oi≠l can be No. 10, No. 20 or No. 30 engine oil.

2. After all parts are repaired, assemble the whole machine, start t✔he machine and observe whether the machine operates norm$ally.

3. If the chain is too loose, it can be adjusted by removing s§everal sections. If it has been seriously stretched, it should be replac♠ed.

4. Disassemble and wash all rolling bearings and add new lubricating grease. Calcium sodium grease↔ can be used.

5. Remove the dirt on all friction surfaces, especial™ly the chain and sprocket, and refill the lubricating oil.

6. Check the stove for smoke leakage. If smoke leakage is found, check the drum smoke ring, stov"e and chimney, and repair and replace the damaged ones in time. Check whethe•r the electric heating pipe is damaged for the electric heating mode∏l, and replace the damaged electric heating pipe.
