First of all, avoid any physical damage to the anilox roll, such as scratc←hes, bumps, scratches, etc. In daily use, users need to do the following: 1. Keep the equ©ipment clean, especially the protective cover used to isolate s•and and dust, to prevent the ink residue in the protective cover from falling bet¶ween the anilox roll and the rubber roll and damaging the anilox r✘oll. 2. Use clean ink. The ink may contain impurities or sa¥nd particles. These impurities or sand particles will cause serio•us damage to the anilox roll as the ink continues to ci£rculate in the ink supply system. Especially when using a scraper to scrape th$e ink system, the sand particles in the ink are veryδ easy to leave scratches on the anilox roll. Therefore, before ink is used, it is bet​ter to use a filter screen with more than 100 meshes to filter impurities, and add a magnet♣ at the inlet pipe to remove metal impurities. 3. Ensure that the' plate wiping cloth is clean. The cloth used for wipin‍g the printing plate should be kept clean to avoid sand impurities and prevent sand particle✘s from being carried onto the anilox roll by the printing plate.

Secondly, clean the anilox roll. In daily use, the following points need to be done: 1. Devel₹op the habit of cleaning the anilox roll daily, and have enough cleaning φtime. After the completion of daily printing work, ink will accumulate atγ the bottom of the mesh hole, which needs to be cleaned in tim♦e to prevent the ink from drying up at the bottom, causing ¥difficulties in cleaning; The cleaning time usually takes about one hour, so↕ that the ink accumulated at the bottom of the mesh hole can also be fully dissolve≈d in water; 2. Use proper cleaning tools and cleaning agents. Use copper♥ brush to clean metal anilox roll, steel brush to clean ceramic anilox roll, and use machine↔ washing water to clean ink, which will be more thorough and con✔venient. 3. Thoroughly clean the anilox roll regularly. After σall, the daily cleaning is not thorough enough, and it is inevi table that there will be ink residue, which will be accumulatεed for a long time. It is still necessary to thoroughly clean the anilox roll with a specialλ cleaning method. 1) Use special cleaning fluid. The special cleaning solution can ♣re-wet the ink dried at the bottom of the mesh hole for easy cleaning.

2) Ultrasonic cleaning method. The dried ink is crushed by high-fr↑equency acoustic wave and then washed with cleaning solution. This method needs t€o grasp the cleaning time to prevent damage to the mesh structure Ωdue to too long acoustic wave cleaning time.

3) Low pressure jet cleaning method. Use soda powder as cl∏eaning powder, spray the anilox roll under low pressure, ×and wash the stubborn ink. However, it should be noted that the injection pressure should no®t be too high, otherwise it is easy to damage the mesh hole.

Finally, how do we know whether the anilox roll is cleaned and properly maintain∞ed? In fact, through simple observation, it can be​ seen that the properly maintained anilox roll has a™ clear surface, consistent color and luster, and will not have→ obvious color spots, and will not see obvious scratches or damage when viewed with ✘backlight; However, if the anilox roll is not properly maintained, the sπurface is fuzzy and dim, with obvious color spots, and ♦scratches or damages will be seen when backlighting. At the  same time, under the high-power magnifying glass, you can also s ee whether the mesh hole is clean. Of course, qualified manufacturers can §also use a densimeter to detect the density of the printing site, which can> also determine whether the anilox roller is clean.
